Stevia sugar can not only be made into sugar free foods, but also be used in combination with other sugars to make low sugar foods. The widespread application of stevia sugar can produce a variety of foods for consumers to choose from. Most importantly, consumers of stevia sugar products are not limited to obese individuals, and the multifunctional health benefits of stevia are suitable for all populations.
With the rapid development of China's economy and technology, people's awareness of health is constantly increasing. The group with higher levels of knowledge and culture not only cares about the taste and flavor of food, but also pursues health and low calorie. Therefore, stevia has great market space in China. We need to firmly grasp the domestic market and enhance the taste of stevia by manufacturing high-performance stevia sugar and stevia sugar complex sweeteners. By collaborating with food companies and related scientific research projects to strengthen the research and development of stevia products, and increasing the scientific publicity efforts of food companies and units on the safety and health of stevia, we aim to attract potential consumer groups.
